Responsibilities:
Identify training and development needs across departments.
Develop and maintain job descriptions and competency frameworks.
Plan and execute employee engagement programs and activities.
Conduct competency assessments and support talent development initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs.
Prepare reports and documentation related to L&D activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Human Resources.
Knowledge of training needs analysis, competency development, and employee engagement programs.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
