Role Description
This full-time Corporate Legal Counsel role at Regene Genomics in Jakarta, Indonesia, involves tasks such as providing legal advice, negotiating contracts, preparing legal documents, and addressing legal issues. The position requires on-site presence at the company's location in Jakarta.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support to various departments within the company.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and regional regulations applicable to the health industry.
- Assist in handling corporate legal matters, including governance, intellectual property, and regulatory affairs.
- Conduct legal risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
- Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies as needed.
- Support the HR department with employment law matters and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law and Legal Advice
- Experience in Contract Negotiation and Legal Document Preparation
- Strong understanding of Legal Issues
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
- Relevant experience in healthcare or genetics industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
