kumparan is seeking a driven individual with field survey experience to assist offline surveys aimed at high school students between the ages of 15 and 17. You will be in charge of contacting respondents, conducting preliminary screening, assisting respondents in completing the survey, and ensuring the data is timely and accurate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respondent Sourcing: Search, identify, approach, and recruit potential respondents directly in the field based on predetermined criteria given.
• Eligibility Screening: Conduct initial screening to ensure respondents meet the specific criteria strictly.
• Data Collection Assistance: Assist and guide respondents through the survey completion process comprehensively, both via online platforms and offline (face-to-face).
• Quality Assurance: Ensure each survey questionnaire is completed accurately, thoroughly, and in strict compliance with the research guidelines.
• Progress Reporting: Maintain and submit daily progress reports regarding target achievements to the Research Coordinator.
• Research Ethics: Maintain strict respondent confidentiality and uphold professional research ethics throughout the project period.
Qualifications:
- Currently residing in the Jabodetabek area.
- 1 year of prior experience as an Enumerator, Surveyor, Field Researcher, or Respondent Recruiter is preferred (open Jabodetabekaduates with strong campus organization or relevant research experience is also allowed).
- Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills, persuasive, and confident in approaching strangers and engaging with the public.
- Work Ethic: Highly detail-oriented, responsible, honest, and capable of working effectively under target-driven environments.
- Mobility: High mobility and willingness to commute to various designated field survey locations.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with strategic public areas in Jabodetabek—particularly popular hubs like Blok M, Pondok Indah Mall, and surrounding areas—is a major advantage.
- Available to work during the survey period of 10–12 July 2026.
