Sozo Skin Clinic is currently opening career opportunities for the position of Telesales, based at the SEVEN Retail Head Office (Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta). This position will play an important role in managing the customer database, increasing sales, and supporting the clinic's sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Familiar with working with specific performance targets
- Responding to messages from customers in the CRM system
- Conducting inbound and outbound sales to customers
- Achieving set daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Prepare regular sales reports
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English
- Minimum education level of high school, D3, or S1 in any major
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Excel, and Spreadsheet
- Familiar with CRM systems
- Willing to join the company as soon as possible
