Affiliate Marketing Specialist (TikTok)

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research to identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Influencers in Indonesia, aligning with predefined targets and criteria.
• Continuously monitor Cost Per Engagement (CPE) and Return on Investment (ROI) metrics in line with established targets, analyzing data to optimize performance.
• Stay abreast of daily trends and emerging themes in relevant industries and social media landscapes, utilizing these insights to inform KOL and Influencer selection strategies.
• Conduct in-depth platform analysis to understand the nuances and potential for KOL and Influencer development across various social media platforms.
• Maintain a proactive approach in monitoring TikTok trends and activities specific to the assigned country, identifying potential opportunities and threats for engagement and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with KOLs, influencers, and internal stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective functionalities, particularly TikTok.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Fluency in English.
