Master Data Specialist (MDG-SAP-CIGNAS)

About the Role

DIC Group is seeking an experienced Master Data Specialist (MDG-SAP-CIGNAS) will be based in Mojokerto. You will be responsible for the creation, maintenance, and governance of material master data across SAP, MDG, and CIGNAS systems. The role ensures accurate, consistent, and timely setup of new parts and modifications to existing parts to support operational executions.

Key Responsibilities

• Master Data Management: Create, maintain, modify, and cleanse material master records in SAP, MDG, and CIGNAS to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems.

• Process & Governance: Follow established master data standards, naming conventions, and document all data changes for audit purposes.

• Operational Support: Support operations teams with timely data setup for procurement, planning, production, and shipment.

• System Coordination: Work across systems to align data fields and liaise with IT for any system-related data issues.

• Compliance & Safety: Coordinate data completeness for assessments (SDS, Halal Declaration, CAS Number, TDS) and comply with corporate health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards.

• Continuous Improvement: Carry out continuous improvements through individual Kaizen or group activities (QCC).

 Requirements & Hard Skills

• Education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Toxicology.

• Language: Fluent in written and spoken English (Mandatory).

• Experience using SAP (experience in the MM Module is highly preferred).

• Experience in handling export activities is preferred.

• Strong understanding of chemical substances.

• Good knowledge of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Globally Harmonized System (GHS).

• Familiarity with International Inventory Lists and labelling.
