Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Communications, or related fields.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or related functions, preferably within the beauty, skincare, FMCG, or lifestyle industry.

  • Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns with measurable business impact.

  • Strong understanding of branding, consumer behavior, digital marketing, and current beauty industry trends.

  • Commercially minded with the ability to translate marketing strategies into sales and business growth.

  • Experience managing new product launches from concept to market execution.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting business and campaign performance data.

  • Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth environment.

  • Passion for beauty, skincare, and building brands that create meaningful connections with consumers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual brand strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and long-term growth vision.

  • Lead end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, KOL, PR, community, offline activation, retail, and e-commerce channels.

  • Translate consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis into impactful brand initiatives and business opportunities.

  • Partner closely with Product Development to identify innovation opportunities, validate product concepts, and build effective go-to-market strategies for new launches.

  • Own brand performance by monitoring key business metrics including sales growth, campaign effectiveness, consumer engagement, market share, and brand health.

  • Manage marketing investments and brand budgets to maximize ROI while maintaining sustainable brand growth.

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Creative, Product Development, E-Commerce, Sales, KOL, PR, Customer Experience, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless execution of all brand initiatives.

  • Ensure every campaign and product launch is delivered on time, on budget, and meets both brand and commercial objectives.

  • Continuously strengthen Finally Found You!'s brand positioning by maintaining a consistent brand identity, storytelling, and consumer experience across all touchpoints.

  • Build, coach, and inspire the Brand team to foster a high-performance, collaborative, and consumer-centric culture.
