Quality Assurance Automation

Job Responsibilities

• Create test scenarios and execute unit/system testing for applications and QA environments.

• Perform and document testing activities based on approved test scenarios, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with product owners/users.

• Monitor and evaluate applications during testing phases and perform re-testing after fixes or improvements are implemented.

• Conduct application verification and testing, including functionality, connectivity, network, and system performance testing.

• Prepare testing reports and change management documentation as part of project deliverables.

• Work collaboratively with development, business analyst, and infrastructure teams to ensure application quality.

• Ensure all testing activities are properly documented and reviewed according to company standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields

• Minimum 3 years of experience in programming/business analysis/IT analysis/Quality Assurance.

• Experience in software testing and familiarity with automation testing tools.

• Basic understanding of application development and database concepts.

• Familiar with SQL databases such as MySQL, MS SQL Server, or Oracle, including writing queries used by applications.

• Basic programming knowledge in PHP, .NET, ASP/C++, or C#.

• Understanding of SDLC processes and software testing methodologies.

• Good analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

• Familiar with Agile methodology and Scrum framework.

• Experience using development/support tools such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, and Artifactory is a plus.

• Familiar with integration technologies such as WebMethods, API integration, and middleware concepts is an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong service orientation.
