Requirements
· Technical Design: Proficient in Adobe Illustrator (specifically for technical apparel sketches) and Canva.
· Strategic Execution: Proven ability to create a marketing plan and manage a creative team to fulfill it.
· Industry Knowledge: A genuine interest in the sporting lifestyle; you understand the needs of the "Social Athlete."
· Professional Attitude: A proactive, "no-task-too-small" mindset with a strong focus on execution over theory.
· Experience: 1–2 years in Fashion Marketing, Product Coordination, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Design & Development Support
· Collaborate on new collection concepts, including theme development and color palette selection.
· Create technical sketches and rough layouts for new items using Adobe Illustrator or similar curve-based tools.
· Strategize launch setups to ensure new products enter the market with a clear story.
2. Marketing Strategy & Execution
· Develop monthly marketing plans and oversee the Social Media & Content Creator team to ensure high-quality execution.
· Direct on-site photoshoots to ensure the content matches AKITS’ "elegant and powerful" brand identity.
· Propose fresh, data-driven ideas every month to keep the brand's digital presence growing.
· Manage the monthly content calendar, ensuring a balance between "Technical Gear" and "Lifestyle Vibe."
3. Offline Branding & Merchandising
· Lead the branding execution for all offline partner stores, ensuring consistency across banners, displays, and physical signage.
· Identify and manage relationships with micro-influencers and "Social Athletes" in the Jakarta community.
· Oversee brand presence at local tournaments and pop-up events.
· Design marketing collateral (banners, flyers, etc.) comfortably and quickly using Canva.
4. Meta Ads
· Plan and execute the Meta (Instagram/Facebook) Ads strategy, focusing on Sales and Engagement objectives.
· Manage audience targeting (Advantage+ and manual "Pin-Drop" strategies) to reach the affluent Jakarta demographic.
· Analyze campaign performance (ROAS, CPA) and pivot strategies based on sales data from the Website, Shopee, and Tokopedia.
