Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused French Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant to join a thriving team in Sofia, Bulgaria, within the Travel industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for French-speaking professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service to travellers and clients seeking seamless vehicle rental experiences across Europe and beyond.
What You Will Do
Assist French-speaking customers with vehicle rental inquiries, bookings, modifications, and cancellations via phone, email, and live chat channels. Provide accurate and up-to-date information on available vehicle categories, rental rates, insurance options, and travel-related policies.

Native or fluent French language skills (spoken and written) are essential for this role. Previous experience in customer service, travel industry support, or a rent-a-car / vehicle rental environment is a strong advantage.
