Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily floor operations and service quality.
Lead and coordinate the FOH team.
Ensure SOPs and hygiene standards are followed.
Handle guest complaints professionally.
Conduct daily staff briefings and assign duties.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for smooth service.
Train and evaluate team performance.
Qualifications
Minimum high school diploma; Hospitality degree is a plus.
1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Able to work under pressure and in shifts.
Good English communication is an advantage.
