What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a heavy equipment mechanic or technician
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Shantui machinery is a plus
• Willing to travel to customer sites
• Expertise in bulldozers, loaders, compactors, or wide body trucks is highly valued
