Job Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Hands-on experience using and analyzing Psychological tools & instruments.
Proven experience recruiting for both IT and Non-IT positions.
Skillful in using various Job portals & sourcing channels.
Strong interview & competency assessment skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong negotiation skills for handling job offers.
Job Descriptions :
Sourcing candidates by actively searching for candidates through various channels.
Screening and assessing candidates: by evaluating & assessing resumes, applications, etc. to determine if they meet the requirements of the position, skills & qualifications.
Scheduling interviews, interviewing with hiring managers & other interviewers, collecting feedback from hiring managers and interviewers.
Job offering and negotiating salary, benefits, and start dates.
Employee induction and orientation.
Manage performance reviews and employee contract extensions for New Employees.
Actively involved in other HC functions such as Employee Development and Performance Evaluation Management.
Maintain reports including and not limited to interview reports, feedback, tests, onboarding and related documents.
Support and participate in the company’s efforts to maintain international standards on Information Security and Data Privacy Security as per the requirements of ISO 27001 and ISO 27701.
