Job Description:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Provide product/service information and basic troubleshooting when needed.
- Document interactions accurately in the system.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and meet performance targets.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year BPO experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work flexible schedules.
