Responsibilities:
- Lead the daily operations of Shopee or TikTok Shop.
- Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies to achieve sales and GMV targets.
- Manage and mentor the e-commerce operations team.
- Analyze sales performance, traffic, conversion, and campaign results to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and execute platform campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve store performance and customer experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in E-commerce/Marketplace Operations, including 2+ years in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager role.
- Proven experience managing Shopee and TikTok Shop.
- Experience from leading brands is highly preferred, especially in Beauty, FMCG, Baby Care, Consumer Goods, or Retail.
- Strong track record in achieving sales growth and managing significant GMV.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Mandarin communication skills are a plus.
