We are looking for a results-driven Key Accounts Specialist to manage and grow relationships with major Modern Trade accounts. The ideal candidate has experience in the FMCG industry, strong knowledge of supermarket operations, and a proven track record in handling key accounts and merchandising activities.
This role is responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring excellent account management, and strengthening partnerships with major retail chains across Metro Manila.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
- Proven experience handling supermarkets, merchandisers, and Modern Trade accounts.
- Strong understanding of key account management and retail operations.
- Familiarity with Metro Manila areas and major retail chains.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willing to travel within Metro Manila and nearby areas as required.
- Preferred Experience
- Experience managing accounts with major supermarket chains and Modern Trade retailers.
- Background in sales planning, merchandising, and trade promotions.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and expand account portfolios.
