As a Travel Customer Service Representative, you will provide outstanding customer support by assisting travelers with their itinerary and other travel-related inquiries. You will ensure a seamless travel experience by delivering accurate information, resolving customer concerns efficiently, and providing exceptional service through phone, email, or chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with travel-related inquiries itinerary modifications.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while ensuring a positive and professional customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams and travel partners to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Meet quality, productivity, and service level agreement (SLA) targets while complying with company policies and service standards.
- Deliver courteous, efficient, and customer-focused support across all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
