Description
As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and assisting in various accounting tasks.
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions.
- Prepare and process invoices, billing, and official receipts.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare vouchers, checks, and payment requests.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Monitor and update cash flow and financial records.
- Assist in payroll preparation and government statutory contributions when assigned.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and schedules.
- Maintain and organize accounting files and documents.
- Ensure all accounting records are complete and compliant with company policies.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and other departments regarding payment concerns.
- Assist during internal and external audits.
- Prepare reports required by management.
- Perform data entry using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Handle other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by the Accounting Supervisor or Manager.
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Management Accounting, BS Accounting Information System, Financial Management, or any related course
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy
Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
