Job Responsibilities of Assistant to Sales Director
1. Sort out regional sales, dealer inventory and channel data, compile business analysis reports for leadership decision-making.
2. Track regional sales target completion, collect frontline channel & dealer demands, coordinate resource to solve business problems.
3. Assist in dealer daily management: performance assessment, price violation and parallel goods rectification, store operation supervision.
4. Support new vehicle launch, regional promotion and sales incentive campaigns, track project progress and business results.
5. Organize business review meetings, sort out meeting resolutions and supervise the implementation of sales tasks.
6. Cooperate with headquarters departments, follow up the approval of vehicle allocation, commercial policies, sales expenses and dealer rebates.
7. Assist in managing regional channel sales team, sort out business documents and complete other assigned sales-related work.
