JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage and log all inbound leads from digital channels
Maintain a complete and accurate lead database (Google Sheets)
Ensure leads are distributed to Sales Consultants via the system
Prepare weekly pipeline reports (every Monday)
Respond to inquiries (WhatsApp, Instagram, Meta Ads) within 1 hour (business hours)
Qualify leads (property type, renovation stage, timeline, interest level)
Convert qualified leads into showroom appointments
Confirm appointments 24 hours in advance
Follow up on cold/unresponsive leads with Sales Consultant
Maintain structured meeting notes
Send follow-ups to architects/designers within 24 hours
Prepare meeting materials (brand kits, specs, samples)
Manage architect/developer pipeline separately from consumer leads
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years in client-facing admin, inside sales, or support role
Bachelor’s degree (Interior/Architecture/Furniture Design is a plus)
Proficient in WhatsApp Business (professional use)
Based in Jakarta, willing to commute and be mobile
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia + basic written English
Has a personal task management system
Preferably experienced supporting sales teams/executives (premium products)
Familiar with Google Workspace (intermediate level)
Exposure to architect/developer/interior networks is a plus
Comfortable working with systems and automation
