Customer Service Coordinator, Bufab Group

Stationed in Batam

About the Position

Customer Service Coordinator of Bufab Group will report directly to the Country Manager and Supply Chain Manager of Bufab SEA.

1. This position ensures timely fulfilment of sales orders by coordinating with various departments.

2. A key role is to assist the Country Manager and Supply Chain Manager in achieving the department KPI through meeting customer delivery timeline, analysing forecast and monitoring customer sales orders.

Responsibilities

1. Review and Process Customer Sales Orders on time or within 48 hours.

2. Monitor order status for timely delivery.

3. Analyse customers’ forecasts and ensure reasonable stock is maintained.

4. Prepare Picklist for store to pack the parts to be delivered.

5. Reschedule delivery based on customer’s requirements.

6. Prepare and maintain Job orders to meet customer’s delivery.

7. Prepare DOs and Invoices for the orders to be delivered.

8. Arrange and prepare documents for export sales through forwarder or courier services.

9. Prepare Authorization to Return of customer goods.

10. Prepare & Co-ordinate Sample Memos for customers

11. Backup other CS member when needed.

12. Performance other tasks as assigned by the Supply Chain Manager or Country Manager.


Requirement

1. Minimum: Senior high school and above

2. Fresh graduates are welcome.

3. Teamwork within team and across departments.

4. Effective time and stress management.

5. Multi-tasking in a fast-paced working environment.

6. Customer service skills, able to handle difficult customers.

7. Negotiation skills

8. Ability to use MS office, Outlook, Word and Excel and Email management.

9. Fluent in Mandarin and English (may need to handle Mandarin speaking customers).
