Responsibilities:
Arrange business travel requirements such as flight bookings, accommodation, transportation, itinerary preparation, and related supporting documents
Coordinate travel schedules and ensure all travel-related arrangements are properly managed and communicated
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, documents, and communications
Support General Affairs processes related to asset administration, vendor coordination, and office facility arrangements as assigned
Support event coordination, management visits, and special assignments related to administrative or operational matters
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Experience in travel arrangement, calendar management, and document administration is preferred
Able to handle multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and work under tight deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, Communication, or related field
At least 3-5 years of experience as Personal Assistant, General Affairs or related
Willing to Onsite Interview in West Jakarta
