Job Description:
Lead and manage end-to-end OEM/ODM New Product Development projects from marketing brief until product launch.
Develop, monitor, and control project timelines to ensure milestones and launch targets are achieved.
Coordinate cross-functional teams in manufacturer
Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and delays, then drive corrective actions to keep projects on track.
Ensure project readiness across technical development, materials, regulatory, production, and commercialization.
Monitor project scope, priorities, and resource allocation to support efficient project execution.
Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement of project management processes, systems, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience in OEM/ODM or cosmetics manufacturing.
Familiar with BPOM regulations, packaging development, and product commercialization.
Experience implementing or improving project management systems, SOPs, or dashboards.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, NPD, Product Development, PPIC, or Manufacturing Operations within Cosmetics, FMCG, or other manufacturing industries.
Strong understanding of product development processes, manufacturing workflow, production planning, and cross-functional coordination.
Experienced in managing multiple projects, prioritizing workloads, and driving projects to meet timeline targets.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira, Microsoft Project, or equivalent).
Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with high ownership and sense of urgency.
