Project Management Supervisor

Job Description:

• Lead and manage end-to-end OEM/ODM New Product Development projects from marketing brief until product launch.

• Develop, monitor, and control project timelines to ensure milestones and launch targets are achieved.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams in manufacturer

• Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and delays, then drive corrective actions to keep projects on track.

• Ensure project readiness across technical development, materials, regulatory, production, and commercialization.

• Monitor project scope, priorities, and resource allocation to support efficient project execution.

• Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and communicate project status to stakeholders.

• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes, systems, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Experience in OEM/ODM or cosmetics manufacturing.

• Familiar with BPOM regulations, packaging development, and product commercialization.

• Experience implementing or improving project management systems, SOPs, or dashboards.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, NPD, Product Development, PPIC, or Manufacturing Operations within Cosmetics, FMCG, or other manufacturing industries.

• Strong understanding of product development processes, manufacturing workflow, production planning, and cross-functional coordination.

• Experienced in managing multiple projects, prioritizing workloads, and driving projects to meet timeline targets.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira, Microsoft Project, or equivalent).

• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with high ownership and sense of urgency.
