Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product specifications, pricing, and availability.
- Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges.
- Document interactions and escalations accurately in the customer service system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in customer service or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
