We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Admin to support our HR department, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and help us maintain a supportive workplace
culture.
Employee Support: Serve as the first point of contact for employees, answering routine HR queries regarding benefits, leaves, and company policies, payroll assistance, prepare notices to employees.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate new hire orientation, prepare onboarding paperwork, and process offboarding tasks.
Data Management: Maintain accurate physical and digital personnel records, including updating internal HR databases
Recruitment Support: Assist with posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
General Admin: Process attendance logs, manage HR documentation, and support all
company-related activities.
Must be a graduate of AB or BS
Psychology , Human Resource Management or Behavioral Science
Proven experience as an HR Admin, HR Assistant, or in a similar
administrative support role.
Familiarity with general HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, and labor
compliance).
High proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and HR
databases.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English
