Key responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive investigations of civil engineering and structural damage claims at site locations
Document findings through photographs, measurements, sketches, and detailed written reports
Analyse evidence to determine the cause of loss and establish liability in accordance with policy terms
Prepare detailed and professional loss adjustment reports with accurate cost assessments and recommendations
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related
Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in civil engineering, construction, or structural inspection
Strong knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and structural engineering
Proven experience in conducting damage assessments, site investigations, or structural inspections
Proficiency in using inspection tools, measuring instruments, and technical documentation systems
Excellent report writing skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and professionally
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English
Professional certifications in loss adjusting or civil engineering are highly desirable
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to various job sites across the region
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to professional ethics
Ability to work independently and manage multiple claims simultaneously
