Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Job Description:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a BPO, call center, or customer service role.

  • Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
