About the Role
We’re looking for a Content Writer to create clear, helpful, search-driven content for our clients. You’ll work closely with our SEO team to turn keyword research and strategy into content that matches search intent, builds trust, and supports business goals.
This is a hands-on writing role. You’ll write, edit, and improve content across blog articles, landing pages, and supporting website copy, while keeping quality, structure, and usefulness high.
Responsibilities
- Write SEO-focused content (blogs, landing pages, service pages, and occasional web copy).
- Turn briefs, keyword targets, and outlines into strong drafts that match search intent.
- Research topics using credible sources and ensure accuracy (fact-checking required).
- Structure content for readability (headings, scannability, internal links where appropriate).
- Update and optimize existing content based on performance, SERP changes, or new direction.
- Collaborate with the SEO Manager on topics, outlines, content calendars, and revisions.
- Upload or format content in a CMS (e.g., WordPress) when needed.
- Maintain consistent brand voice across clients and projects.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of writing experience (SEO content preferred).
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to write in English and Indonesian for day-to-day work (tools, drafts, stakeholder needs).
- Comfortable researching unfamiliar topics and explaining ideas clearly.
- Basic understanding of on-page SEO (titles, headings, internal linking, search intent).
- Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Experience writing for agencies or multiple brands/industries.
- Familiarity with WordPress and simple formatting.
- Understanding of E-E-A-T principles (experience, expertise, authority, trust).
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to support research and outlining responsibly (not copy-paste).
