We are urgently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Accounting Assistant Manager to provide comprehensive financial oversight, budget control, and compliance management for CAPEX and OPEX within our high-end residential building.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Finance/Accounting, including at least 3 years in a leadership role such as Finance/Accounting Manager or equivalent.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance
- Experience in the residential apartment is a plus
- Brevet tax certified
- Fully proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (for financial analysis and reporting), Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in ERP is a strong advantage
- Fluent in English for external communication and reporting
- Adaptable, high initiative, and detail-oriented (essential for Reviewing vendor billing documents and Audit tasks), and able to work effectively under pressure.
