Key Responsibilities
Content & Live Stream Management: Plan, schedule, and optimize Shopee Live, TikTok Live, and short-form shoppable videos. Develop concepts, scripts, and product lineups.
Performance Optimization: Monitor real-time metrics (CTR, GMV, etc.), conduct A/B testing on content formats, analyze weekly KPIs, and build performance reports.
Agency & Vendor Coordination: Brief and manage creative agencies, video production houses, talents, and affiliate partners while tracking timelines and compliance.
Platform Operations: Maintain a rolling 4-week content calendar, oversee SKU/banner placements, and collaborate cross-functionally with Brand and Supply Chain teams.
Qualifications
Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience operating Shopee Live, TikTok Live, and navigating their respective seller dashboards.
Analytical Skills: Highly data-driven with the ability to translate KPIs into actionable insights; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
Project & Agency Management: Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal skills to brief talents and manage external agencies without close supervision.
Creative & Strategic Mindset: Strong storytelling ability, proactive curiosity about social commerce trends, and familiarity with platform policies.
Dynamic Execution: Ability to multi-task, make quick decisions during live broadcasts, and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. (Familiarity with KOL/affiliate programs is a plus).
