Core Responsibility :
Ensuring actual stock (stock on hand and stock in transit which includes product and returned goods) according to the system.
Ensuring and reporting warehouse space utilization data and stock on hand on a daily basis.
Carry out stock taking at the central warehouse on a monthly basis- Perform analysis and tracking if there are differences in stock on hand in the warehouse with stock in the system.
Make an event report if there is a discrepancy between the stock on hand in the warehouse and the stock in the system based on the evidence that has been obtained.
Utilize SAP for tracking inventory movements, generating reports, and managing stock data. Ensure all inventory transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
Operate and manage the Warehouse Management System to track stock levels, manage orders, and oversee warehouse operations. Implement best practices for WMS utilization.
Develop and implement inventory control procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Identify and resolve inventory-related issues and process inefficiencies.
Make monthly stock taking reports.
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Transportation, SCM, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position especially in Inventory SCM
Able to speak English
Required Skill(s): Warehouse operation, Inventory Management, WMS, TMS, SAP, and Documentation filling
Thriving at Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word) and Power BI
Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes
Able to fast paced/take critical decisions and handle stress
Good knowledge and understanding of technical issue
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent Inter-personal skills, well organized and team player
Willing to travel
Fully vaccinated for Covid-19
