The Plumbing & Water Systems Engineer is the on-site technical
specialist responsible for the hands-on execution of all scheduled preventive maintenance
activities covering plumbing and water treatment systems across all floors (L1–L5) and the Utility
Building at Data Center Building Phase 1. Operating under the direct supervision of the Site
Manager, this role manages STP/WTP daily operations, chemical dosing, pump maintenance,
filter servicing, and drainage and piping inspection in accordance with the Owner Operator
Maintenance Schedule 2026–2028, as-built drawings, and the confirmed Phase 1 asset list. This
role also owns and maintains the plumbing SOP/EOP documentation library throughout the
contract period, with all completion records integrated into the quarterly Owner Operator compliance reporting
package.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute all scheduled preventive maintenance tasks for plumbing and water treatment
systems across all floors (L1–L5) and the Utility Building, based on as-built drawings and
the confirmed Phase 1 asset list
• Manage monthly STP equipment maintenance covering equalization pumps, effluent
pumps, dosing pumps, and air blowers per the Owner Operator maintenance schedule
• Manage monthly WTP equipment maintenance covering sand filters, carbon filters,
dosing pumps, and make-up water systems; perform chemical dosing checks and filter
servicing in line with operational requirements
• Conduct routine inspection, testing, and servicing of drainage infrastructure, piping
networks, and plumbing fixtures across all floors and the Utility Building
• Author and maintain the plumbing and water systems SOP/EOP documentation library
(4 documents covering WTP chemical handling, STP equipment PM, WTP equipment
PM, and system failure/overflow emergency response) in accordance with Owner Operator and
Main Contractor standards; update documents throughout the contract period as required
• Submit completed activity reports to the Site Manager following each maintenance
execution window, for integration into monthly and quarterly Owner Operator compliance reporting
packages
• Operate permit-to-work (PTW) procedures for all water system maintenance activities;
ensure compliance with safety and chemical handling protocols at all times
• Supervise and direct Main Contractor-provided site workers during maintenance execution
windows; manage safe chemical handling, confined space protocols, and plumbing
reinstatement procedures
• Coordinate with the Site Manager and Project Engineer to ensure all plumbing and water
system maintenance records are accurately captured in the master PM schedule and
work order tracking system
• Support annual SOP/EOP review cycle at Month 13 of the contract period, incorporating
as-built changes, equipment modifications, chemical supply updates, or Owner Operator standard
revisions
Minimum Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in water treatment systems (STP/WTP),
plumbing infrastructure, and pump maintenance in industrial or facility management
environments
• Demonstrated practical experience operating and maintaining sewage treatment plants
(STP), water treatment plants (WTP), chemical dosing systems, sand and carbon filters,
and associated plumbing infrastructure
• Familiar with chemical dosing procedures, filtration operations, drainage management,
and water quality monitoring practices in a facility management context
• Experience with permit-to-work (PTW) procedures for water system maintenance,
including chemical handling safety and confined space protocols
• Working knowledge of Owner Operator or equivalent O&M standards preferred; ability to interpret
as-built plumbing and water system drawings and asset schedules
• Ability to author technical maintenance procedures (SOP, EOP, MOP) in Bahasa
Indonesia aligned to Owner Operator/Main Contractor documentation standards
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic working English proficiency for client reporting and
cross-team coordination
