Operating under the direct supervision of the Site Manager, this role ensures all electrical assets — including HV/LV distribution, distribution boards (MDB/SDB), grounding and earthing networks, and associated electrical infrastructure — are maintained in accordance with the Data Center Maintenance Schedule 2026–2028, as-built drawings, and the confirmed Phase 1 asset list. - • Perform and document quarterly DB panel inspections, semi-annual IR thermal scans and earthing system checks, and annual ACB/MCCB trip tests, torque checks, and busbar cleaning activities
- Author and maintain the electrical SOP/EOP documentation library (11 documents covering DB panels, electrical faults, grounding, thermal scanning, breaker testing, and emergency response procedures) in accordance with Client and Main Contractor standards
- Submit completed activity reports to the Site Manager following each maintenance execution, for integration into monthly and quarterly Client compliance reporting packages
- Operate permit-to-work (PTW) and LOTO procedures for all high-risk electrical tasks; ensure all work is carried out in compliance with Owner Operator/Main Contractor safety protocols
- Supervise and direct Inspur-provided site workers during maintenance execution windows; coordinate handover and reinstatement following all maintenance activities
- Coordinate with the Site Manager and Project Engineer to ensure all electrical maintenance records are accurately captured in the master PM schedule and work order tracking system
- Support annual SOP/MOP/EOP review cycle at Month 13 of the contract period, incorporating any as-built changes, equipment modifications, or Owner Operator standard revisions
- Integrate Water Leak Detection System into the annual PM cycle as part of the expanded electrical asset scope
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in HV/LV distribution, distribution boards, and grounding systems in a data center or industrial M&E environment

- Familiar with permit-to-work (PTW) and LOTO procedures for high-risk electrical maintenance tasks
- Experience with thermal infrared (IR) scanning for electrical panels and working knowledge of power distribution safety practices
- Working knowledge of Data Center Tier 3 or equivalent O&M standards preferred; experience interpreting as-built electrical drawings and equipment schedules

- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic working English proficiency for client reporting and cross-team coordination
