UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior UI/UX Designer with at least 5 years of professional experience in designing digital products, web applications, and mobile applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating intuitive user experiences, visually appealing interfaces, and user-centered design solutions that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centered experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
• Translate business requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UI standards.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Project Managers, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Ensure consistency across all digital products and platforms.
• Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients.
• Continuously improve user experience based on data, feedback, and industry best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and design methodologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or related role.
• Strong proficiency in Figma (mandatory).
• Extensive knowledge of UI Design, UX Design, Information Architecture, User Flows, Wireframing, Prototyping, and Design Systems.
• Experience designing responsive websites and mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Ability to create interactive prototypes and design specifications for developers.
• Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, spacing, and layout.
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, responsive design) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in digital agencies, technology companies, or software development environments.
• Experience designing SaaS platforms, enterprise systems, ERP solutions, or mobile apps.
• Understanding of design thinking methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and remote teams.
