• Help businesses secure the legal rights they need to show movies and TV in public and commercial spaces — and grow MPLC’s customer base in the process.• Own a high-volume outbound sales desk: prospecting, cold calling, and closing new SMB accounts across the U.S.

Join a growing outbound sales team at MPLC. As an Small Business Account Executive, you will take ownership of the full sales cycle — from prospecting and cold outreach to closing — helping businesses get the licensing they need to show content compliantly. This role is built for a resilient, motivated self-starter who thrives on volume, embraces the challenge of a cold pipeline, and takes pride in hitting and exceeding their numbers.

This is a high-activity role with real KPIs — daily call and email targets across PST, MST, CST, and EST time zones. Some days the results won’t match the effort. You’ll need to be comfortable with that and come back the next day ready to go. Monthly and quarterly targets are real, and we’ll hold you to them.Who you are:• A communicator — thoughtful and empathetic with prospects and teammates alike• Persistent and resilient — you bounce back from rejection and keep moving• Decisive — you move quickly and make calls without needing hand-holding• Experienced in sales or cold calling (preferred, not required)• Comfortable with tech sales tools — Outreach, Gong, and Salesforce are a plus• A team player — collaborative, but self-sufficient in a fully remote environment

• $60,000 base salary + uncapped commission (OTE $100,000)
