Role Description
The Associate will support the Partner in handling litigation and corporate matters, including field support and site visits. The role also involves coordinating with relevant authorities, conducting legal risk assessments, monitoring regulatory compliance, and assisting with corporate transactions. The Associate will have the opportunity to develop knowledge and expertise across a broad range of legal practice areas through diverse assignments.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Law (S.H.) or a Master's degree in Law from a reputable Indonesian university;
• Hold a valid Indonesian Advocate license;
• Minimum of 3 years of professional legal practice experience;
• Strong interest in litigation & corporate practice;
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and possesses strong communication skills.
• Willing to be based in Semarang; and
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is preferred
