Responsibilities:
Design and implement in-store experiences to boost customer engagement, including new brand launches, private labels, and special projects like pop-up stores.
Create multimedia elements (displays, videos, music) to enhance the customer journey.
Oversee store display areas (windows, booths, bazaars) and handle related requests.
Collaborate on events and partnerships to elevate the store experience.
Train and guide store teams on design execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in retail design, visual merchandising, or brand activation.
Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Creative, detail-oriented, and strong in time management.
Location: Karawaci, Tangerang.
