🎓 General Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or other IT-related fields.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in presales, technical, or IT consulting, particularly in server & storage solutions.
Strong knowledge of server and storage technologies from major brands (Huawei, Dell EMC, HPE, Lenovo, IBM, NetApp, etc.).
Familiar with RAID configuration, SAN/NAS, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), backup, disaster recovery, and data center infrastructure.
Capable of creating technical documents such as proposals, BoQ (Bill of Quantity), solution diagrams, and HLD/LLD.
Able to deliver technical presentations to clients and communicate effectively within a team.
Familiar with tender processes and RFP/RFQ requirements.
Relevant certifications are a plus, such as:
HCIP, VCP, CompTIA Server+, HPE ASE, Dell EMC Proven Professional, NetApp NCDA.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities (Overview):
Support the sales team by providing technical solutions related to server & storage products.
Conduct requirement gathering and analyze client IT infrastructure needs.
Design and present technical solutions that align with client requirements and budgets.
Perform proof of concept (PoC) and product demonstrations.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and stay updated on the latest technology developments.
