Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in OHS, specifically in chemical safety within the smelting or chemical manufacturing industry.
3. Must hold a Certified Chemical OHS Expert (Ahli K3 Kimia) certification from the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker RI).
4. Strong understanding of OHS regulations.
5. Technical expertise in: Chemical Safety – Identifying, assessing, and controlling chemical hazards; OHS Audits and Compliance – Ensuring adherence to workplace safety standards; Risk Management and Accident Prevention – Implementing safety measures to mitigate risks; Training and Safety Awareness – Conducting safety training and promoting chemical hazard awareness.
6. Experience in DPPBB (Major Hazard Control Document) projects is a plus
7. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with workers, management, and regulatory bodies in implementing chemical safety standards.
8. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve chemical safety issues using a systematic, data-driven approach.
