Warehouse Operational Administrator (On Site)

This isn't your typical desk job. You will be at the heart of our operations bridging the gap between the orchard floor and our digital systems. If you are a resilient problem-solver who enjoys a mix of administration and field coordination, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities :
1. Receive, sort, and compile raw operational sorting data directly from the factory and orchard floor

2.Convert raw sorting inputs into clean, formatted data tracking sheets before system synchronization

3.Manage daily attendance logs, shift coordination, and basic welfare for the local sorting workers

3.Act as the first point of contact for local factory/orchard workers regarding daily operational and basic administrative issues

A Career in Two Phases (Seasonal System)

We operate on a seasonal cycle. Your schedule, location, and compensation will adapt to the rhythm of our harvest:

During the quieter months, we focus on maintenance and keeping things steady.

• Work Style: Rest or Work From Home (unless tasks require office presence in Jakarta).

• Hours: Mon-Fri (9 AM – 6 PM) & Sat (9 AM – 12 PM).

• Compensation: Fixed Monthly Basic Salary (based on level).

When the harvest hits, it’s all hands on deck! You will be deployed to our operational sites across Indonesia. This is where you can maximize your earnings through our performance-based incentives.

• Work Style: On-site deployment (Multiple locations in Indonesia). Dynamic hours following operational demand (may include weekends).

• Compensation:

  • Basic Salary: Fixed Monthly.

  • The "Weight" Incentive: Rp 500/kg (shared with warehouse team) paid weekly.

  • Data Completion Bonus: Rp 70/kg (shared with the team) paid upon data completion.

  • Shipment Volume Bonus: A monthly pooled bonus based on shipment success and staff level.

Allowances & Perks

• Food Allowance: Stay fueled while you work!

  • Rp 100,000/day when working on-site (Deployed at our regional Factory/Orchard sites).

  • Rp 75,000/day when working at our Jakarta office.

• THR: Religious Holiday Allowance based on basic salary.Requirements

  • Language: Fluency in English is MANDATORY (both written and spoken). You must be able to communicate and report in English smoothly.

  • The Skills: Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets is a must.

  • Mobility: Must be willing to travel and be stationed at various factory/orchard sites across Indonesia during peak seasons.
