- Carry out tasks displaying solid basic research knowledge, design research and good knowledge about producing research projects outputs.
- Plan and manage research projects (in-house and with external vendor), including creating research plan and questionnaire development.
- Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Stay updated with industry trends to gain market insights for Lion Parcel competitiveness.
- Gather information from multiple sources (primary and secondary research) to produce - beneficial and actionable insight for the business teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support market research initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform strategic decisions
Kualifikasi Minimum- Have 2-3 years of experience in the market research industry
- Experience in quantitative types of research (qualitative will be a plus)
- Good communication skills to manage stakeholders
- Strong sense of ownership, proactive, and a drive to acquire new knowledge
- Fast learner and adaptable to various tasks
- Self-driven, a team player, and thrives in collaborative environments
- Have worked in a fast paced environment
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in any field (marketing will be a plus)
