Responsibilities
- Create, plan, and execute content strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
- Produce engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Write compelling captions, copywriting, and promotional content in English and Indonesian.
- Design and edit visual content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop content ideas and campaign concepts.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely content delivery.
- Monitor content performance and provide recommendations for improvement based on analytics.
- Stay updated with social media trends, digital marketing trends, and industry best practices.
- Ensure all content maintains brand consistency and quality standards.
- Support branding, promotional, and marketing activities through creative content development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Multimedia, Journalism, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Content Specialist, Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and/or After Effects.
- Strong copywriting and caption-writing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement strategies.
- Experience in content planning, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Portfolio showcasing content creation, graphic design, video editing, and copywriting projects is preferred.
