Host Live Streaming

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the live broadcast process, coordinating live broadcast operations to formulate scripts, event planning, live broadcast speech, live broadcast room review, feedback live broadcast room problems, and promptly resolve emergencies in the live broadcast room.

• Responsible for the coordination of multiple live broadcast rooms, responsible for category account targets, and complete live broadcast sales targets.

• Responsible for managing live broadcast room operations and anchors, including live broadcast scheduling, personnel training and personnel review

• Responsible for weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly reports, and inferring live broadcast room optimization based on data.

• Develop and execute the overall content strategy for short video accounts, aligning with brand positioning and sales objectives.

• Guide the short video team in market trend analysis, topic planning, and creative conception to produce viral and high-engagement content.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field

• At least 1 year of work experience as Host or relevant categories in retail companies, TikTok Shop LIVE experience plus points.

• Strong abstract logical thinking and data analysis ability, data and result-oriented

• Strong learning ability and self-motivation, passionate about the LIVE industry, and has their own thinking and judgment about the LIVE industry.

• Willing to be placed in PIK-GOLF ISLAND
