HEAD OF AREA (Central Java)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Area (Central Java) to join our organisation in a full-time capacity. This is a strategic leadership position responsible for overseeing all retail and consumer product operations across the Central Java Area. Reporting to Head of Region (HOR), you will be instrumental in driving growth, ensuring operational excellence, and maximising profitability across multiple locations within your area. This role is pivotal to our expansion strategy and offers significant opportunities to make a tangible impact on business performance and team development across the region.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in any major

• Experienced in the same position or at least Head of Area or Area Sales Manager in FMCG Company at least 5 years

• Have leadership and high responsibility to manage distribution process in Central Java

• Accustomed to sales target

• Willing to mobile

• Have a valid driver license and personal vehicle
