Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile personnel to join our team as Recreation Attendant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for holistic wellness, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Sauna & Pool Operation Management
▪ Operate the heating system (fire) of the banya & sauna, ensuring that the temperature reaches the desired level for a comfortable and authentic experience
▪ Regularly clean and sanitize the sauna room, benches, floors, and pool areas to uphold high hygiene standards.
▪ Regularly replenish sauna supplies such as towels, robes, and essential oils.
▪ Monitor the sauna & pool environment to ensure the safety of guests, including maintaining appropriate temperature levels and addressing any safety hazards promptly.
Guest Services & Interaction
▪ Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, provide information about banya procedures, and assist them with any questions or concerns they may have.
▪ Venik Service: Offer traditional venik (leafy twigs) to guests and demonstrate proper techniques for using them during the sauna session.
▪ Assist guests with understanding the sauna rituals and bathing procedures, ensuring they have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
▪ Provide guidance on the use of sauna facilities and recommend appropriate treatments or rituals based on individual needs.
