Warehouse Coordinator (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods, while resolving operational issues promptly.

• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate material flow.

• Perform regular inventory counts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain inventory accuracy.

• Update inventory and shipment records in the system to ensure real-time and accurate stock information.

• Managing employee matters at site (attendance, leave, any other employee matters)

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write Mandarin Chinese,

• Minimum 1 year working experience as Warehouse / HR Site / Operational Coordinator

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

• Strong data entry, reporting, and inventory management skills.

• Detail-oriented with good communication and coordination abilities.

• Experience in the heavy equipment industry will be a strong advantage.

• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems is a plus.

• Willing to be placed at our mining site at Morowali, Sulawesi Tengah
