Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

  • Support onsite jaringan & IT (LAN, WiFi, end user).

  • Melakukan troubleshooting gangguan jaringan dan perangkat.

  • Melakukan maintenance, monitoring, dan dokumentasi jaringan.

  • Melakukan konfigurasi ringan (IP address, VLAN dasar, SSID WiFi, reset/reconfig AP).

  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim NOC / IT internal.


Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Teknik Komputer, atau jurusan relevan.

  • Pengalaman 1 tahun sebagai Network Support atau posisi serupa.

  • Memahami konsep jaringan: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, subnetting.

  • Mampu troubleshooting LAN/WiFi dan melakukan crimping kabel.

  • Bersedia lembur atau on-call jika diperlukan.


Nilai Tambah

  • Pengalaman menggunakan Cisco / Mikrotik / Ubiquiti.

  • Familiar dengan basic firewall dan network monitoring.

  • Memiliki sertifikasi CCNA / MTCNA.
