As HR Manager, you will oversee human resources functions at Jakarta office, ensuring smooth operations while adhering to local regulations. This role will handle recruitment and expatriate administration, including visa and work permit (KITAS) timely renewal.

Description
- Managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Ensuring timely renewals working permit (KITAS) and collaborate with 3rd party
- Ensuring compliance with Indonesian labour laws and company policies.
- Facilitating communication between local and Mandarin-speaking management.
- Overseeing payroll processes and employee benefits administration
- Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Profile
- Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven track record as HR manager or HR team lead
- Knowledge of HR practices, KITAS processes and Indonesian labour laws.
- Strong in recruitment
- Placement in North Jakarta
