Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor media coverage and prepare daily summaries on relevant topics.
Liaise with organizers, media, and other relevant parties.
Translate documents and draft reports.
Perform various administrative tasks such as procurement and filing.
Undertake other duties as assigned by senior officers.
Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations, marketing and communications, or event management.
Experience in Public Relations / Marketing Communication / Event Management
Fluent in English (written & spoken)
Experienced in handling marketing activities for international franchise brands is a strong advantage
Familiar with social media content & engagement
Creative mindset with basic photography, video editing, and design skills
Skills and Attributes:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and social media management tools.
Basic skills in photography, video editing, and design are an advantage.
